I have not received my order yet which was ordered almost 7 days back . Very bad and slow delivery. They have not refunded my amount also.

Please note that we dispatched your order the very next day after receiving it, and we have been in constant communication with the courier company to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. As per the courier's policy, refunds can only be processed once the package status is updated to lost or returned.
