💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders with a product value between ₹599 and ₹4,000.
COD is Not Available For
- Bongs
- Hookahs
- Clipper Fuel
- Dapo
How COD Works
- COD is available only for eligible orders with a product value of ₹599–₹4,000.
- The full order amount can be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
- Orders below ₹599 or above ₹4,000 must be prepaid.
Important Notes
COD may not be available for future orders if:
- A COD order is refused at the time of delivery.
- The delivery fails due to an incorrect address or contact details provided.
- The customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
- The order is found to be fake or unverifiable.

This policy helps us reduce fake COD orders and unnecessary return shipments, allowing us to provide faster, more reliable service to genuine customers while keeping shipping costs under control.

- An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claim, so please make sure to record a clear video while opening the package.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Shipped Orders
Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit with the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until the shipment is either successfully delivered or returned back to us (RTO).
In case a customer wishes to cancel an order after dispatch due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for bearing the applicable forward and return shipping charges. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed only after the shipment is returned to us.
Please note that courier delays, operational issues, transit investigations, weather disruptions, or other logistics-related delays do not qualify for order cancellation or immediate refund while the shipment remains in transit.
We remain responsible for the shipment until it is delivered or returned to us and will actively assist in resolving any courier-related issues. However, customers may be required to wait for the courier process to conclude before a refund or replacement can be initiated.
🚫 Non-Acceptance / RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
In case a customer does not accept the order after it has been dispatched, the order will be returned to us (RTO).
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges incurred for both forward and return shipping.
This includes scenarios such as:
- Order refusal at the time of delivery
- Customer not reachable / unavailable during delivery attempts
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
This policy helps us manage logistics costs and continue offering reliable service to all customers.
