📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or national holidays

  • In case of any unexpected delay, our team will contact you via email or phone


⏱️ Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery location in India

  • We always aim to ship orders using the fastest available courier partner


💰 Minimum Order Value

  • The minimum order value is ₹300 for all orders


🚛 Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699

  • During sale events or promotions, shipping charges may apply

  • For certain regions (North East India, Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand), shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout


💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Complete COD is not available

  • Partial COD is available on orders above ₹600 only

What is Partial COD?

  • A fixed amount must be paid upfront while placing the order

  • The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery

  • The upfront amount is non-refundable in case of:

    • Order refusal

    • Fake or unverifiable orders

    • Failed delivery attempts

This policy helps us reduce fake orders and COD returns, allowing us to provide faster and more reliable deliveries to genuine customers.


📩 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details

  • Tracking information is usually active within 24 hours


📦 Damages & Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Kindly retain all packaging materials and the product to help us assist with replacement or courier claims

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claim, so please make sure to record a clear video while opening the package.
  • We take responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit


🌍 International Shipping

  • We now ship internationally

  • Shipping charges are additional for all international orders

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Shipped Orders

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit with the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until the shipment is either successfully delivered or returned back to us (RTO).

In case a customer wishes to cancel an order after dispatch due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for bearing the applicable forward and return shipping charges. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed only after the shipment is returned to us.

Please note that courier delays, operational issues, transit investigations, weather disruptions, or other logistics-related delays do not qualify for order cancellation or immediate refund while the shipment remains in transit.

We remain responsible for the shipment until it is delivered or returned to us and will actively assist in resolving any courier-related issues. However, customers may be required to wait for the courier process to conclude before a refund or replacement can be initiated.


🚫 Non-Acceptance / RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

In case a customer does not accept the order after it has been dispatched, the order will be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges incurred for both forward and return shipping.

This includes scenarios such as:

  • Order refusal at the time of delivery
  • Customer not reachable / unavailable during delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided

This policy helps us manage logistics costs and continue offering reliable service to all customers.
