We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a genuine issue, we’re here to help.


Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as delivered

  • With all accessories and invoice included

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable or short-expiry goods

  • Hazardous or flammable goods

  • Glass or fragile items (unless damaged during transit with valid proof)

  • Items purchased during sale or stock clearance


Return Shipping & Charges

If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (change of mind, preference, etc.):

  • The customer is responsible for both forward shipping (from us to you) and return shipping (from you to us).

  • A 10% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Why is there a restocking charge?

Returned products go through quality inspection, inventory reprocessing, courier handling, and administrative processing. The restocking fee helps cover these operational and handling costs.


Return Pickup Policy

Return pickup service is not available for all products.

Certain items (such as glass or fragile products) may not be eligible for pickup booking due to courier restrictions.

In such cases, the customer will need to self-ship the product using a safe and trackable courier service.

📌 Please contact our support team before initiating a return to confirm pickup eligibility.

If pickup is arranged by us, the pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

  • Forward shipping charges, return pickup charges (if arranged by us), and 10% restocking fee will be deducted where applicable.

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the product you prefer.

Please note:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for both forward and return shipping charges.

  • A 10% restocking charge may apply where applicable.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may place a new order for the preferred product.


Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

📌 Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or wrong item claim.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The shipping label clearly visible

  • The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits

  • The condition of the product inside

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any damage, missing item, or incorrect item claims.


Returning Goods

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method if self-shipping.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

🚫 Non-Acceptance / RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

In case a customer does not accept the order after it has been dispatched, the order will be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges incurred for both forward and return shipping.

This includes scenarios such as:

  • Order refusal at the time of delivery
  • Customer not reachable / unavailable during delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided

This policy helps us manage logistics costs and continue offering reliable service to all customers.
